Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing ENTWORLD.INTERNATIONAL, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. If acting for an organisation or professional, you confirm authority to do so.
Directory nature
ENT-INT is an information and referral-oriented platform. A listing is not an endorsement, ranking guarantee, employment relationship or warranty of availability, outcome, licensure in every jurisdiction or suitability for a particular patient.
No doctor–patient relationship
Browsing, messaging, submitting an application or receiving general information does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. Such a relationship can arise only through direct acceptance and applicable professional procedures by the relevant healthcare provider.
User responsibilities
You must not submit false, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious or excessively sensitive content; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or republish the service at scale; manipulate reviews; or impersonate another person or institution.
Professional and institutional content
Professionals and institutions remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of their profiles, credentials, offers and communications. ENT-INT may request evidence, edit formatting, suspend content or remove listings to protect users and platform integrity.
Sponsored and third-party content
Sponsored or featured visibility must be identified where applicable and does not determine clinical quality. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and practices; ENT-INT is not responsible for their content or performance.
Intellectual property
Platform software, design and original editorial content are protected by applicable rights. Limited personal use is permitted; reproduction, database extraction or commercial reuse requires prior authorisation unless law provides otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENT-INT excludes implied warranties and is not liable for independent clinical decisions, third-party conduct, indirect loss, unavailable services or reliance on unverified information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and governing law
Access may be restricted for security, misuse or legal reasons. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, Turkish law applies and competent Turkish courts and authorities have jurisdiction.
Security and accuracy
We apply proportionate administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; users should avoid sending unnecessary medical or identity data through general contact fields.
